All I did was get a quote.

Paid $600 got $100 as a rebate. Signed up for direct deposit and got a mail check. Looking for another insurance company. It’s too expensive not to reimburse you for what you’ve paid. It’s a ripoff

I have no idea how good or bad Prudent Pet is. I just signed up. Pressuring me to write a review of them won't change that fact.

While I believe the insurance plan is great, their billing practices leave a lot to be desired. If you have multiple pets each one is billed separately and with each bill is a separate fee that is charged regardless of the payment method used. The multiple fees add another $20 to my bill.

Too much information at one time. I insured 3 pets at one time.

Worst insurance for pets. I have paid out thousands in vet bills and they found a reason to not cover then they cancelled both of my pets coverage when I requested they only cancel the deceased pets policy and when I asked to reinstate they said my pet needed to go thru the approval process again. My dogs a senior so they knew what they were doing when they canceled her policy.

This company has rejected every claim we have filed. If not one cent of our vet bills are considered "covered" by Prudent after a year then paying for this insurance is POINTLESS!

Why are 99% of the reviews about customer service calls? Little to no mention regarding claim acceptance/denial, reimbursement success (or not), or time to receive reimbursement. This is exactly what matters to pet insurance buyers, and is mentioned on every single other site. I’d put 0% confidence in any of these reviews. It’s highly suspect that they mention representatives by name as well—a common tactic of fake reviewers.
