Very confusing. What's covered and what's not?? It seems to be all over the place. Some things are covered under this, some under that. But if you want both you have to buy both and then another if you want visits included. Three policies for one dog? I never did find anything for medicine. No thanks I'll keep what I got!! Oh and claims weren't even addressed

I was sent an email indicating that I could view my quote, but when I click the link the page won't load. An error message appears and offers a "retry" option, but just spins, doesn't ever advance. I've tried the link innumerable times since having received the email from Prudent Pet on Friday, May 17, 2019.

I only initiated an online quote today and was already bombarded with email follow-ups etc. And then this: why do I have to write a review if I am not a customer yet? Stupid. Leave me alone.

It was very difficult to navigate through the quote process.
