I have submitted claims with zero response. I have reached out and zero response.

Two issues:

Took 2 months to get my claim taken care of

I spent $221 on my dog and y’all reimbursed me $90

My claim shows processed but I have not received my refund. I have been calling Claims Dept since the past for 2 weeks but no person answers the phone only the recording.

A total scam. I paid the premium for two months. My dog had an incident that wasn't very expensive - about $200. They rejected the claim and said it was a "pre-existing condition." How can a dog have a pre-existing condition that is a cut that didn't happen until a month after sign-up? It's a racket. Put your money into a savings account or just go to a casino and put it all on black. You'll end up in better shape either way.
