You have to wait up to a month to get coverage for your pet your pet will be uninsured in that time frame until someone gets to your case.
Nationwide - The worst
The worst! We have been paying top price for four years and they just told us our plan doesn't exist anymore, we have to get a new plan, pre-existing conditions won't be covered, and because our dog are old, they won't give them full coverage anymore. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Thank you so much for caring about our little kitty Louie. He is our little darling. He's been sneezing and wetting like a little sweetie. My Anthony loves animals so much and I volunteered for aspca years ago. And we took in little Louie our kitty and give him so much love. Our appointment is today at 5pm for vaccines and possible antibiotics. How do we let them know we have your insurance for little Louie our kitty? Can you send an email letter?

After five years of being a loyal customer I was one of the one millions suddenly dropped for having a five year-old dog. My costs sky rocketed 74% and then I was dropped with less than a month's notice. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Nationwide - 7 year old healthy boy kitty
I’ve been a customer for over a year and a half, and my 7-year-old cat has had no health issues during this time. However, I was disappointed to learn that the insurance premium for my cat is now higher than for my new cat. I expected more consistent pricing, especially given my pet’s clean health record. I’d appreciate a lower pricing structure and hope for a fairer approach in the future.
