The Wellness coverage is disappointing. Other pet insurance companies offer better Wellness program coverage for an equivalent fee.
Nationwide - Limited coverage - Very Expensive
I have both of my dogs insured with this company, but the coverage is based on specific conditions and they reimburse almost nothing. The amounts they cover for illnesses are extremely low compared to actual veterinary costs. I do not recommend this insurance. There are other providers that reimburse a percentage of the total bill regardless of the condition, and with lower premiums.

The application was terrible. Didn’t load, wouldn’t advance so I called and received excellent phone service. I’ve been with VPI for 25 years and have nothing but respect for your services and your claims app. But today was frustrating.

I had a policy that was cancelled after 8 years, which I loved. I asked about a new policy and none are offered w illness. I think that it’s important coverage to have. Please reconsider your policies
