Definitely do not recommend. Will fight you on claims, and raise your premiums insanely high with no consent from you. There is better, and cheaper, pet insurance companies out there: PetsBest, Lemonade, etc. Definitely don’t waste your time with Nationwide.

Most evil, pet hating, unethical company in the entire market!! DO NOT USE THEM! After nearly 8 years paying thousands in premiums they cut our dog off his health insurance. They said if we sign up again despite no interruptions it would be considered pre-existing conditions and wouldn't be covered. OUTRAGEOUS! Were not alone - thousands are being thrown off their coverage with no good options or alternatives. Its unbearable. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY - they have 0 care for pets.

I didn’t realize when I paid for the insurance that I would not know the effective date for weeks. I feel this was very misleading during the purchase process (or at least not made very clear) and makes me feel like I got scammed.

After 7 days I'm still waiting for approval (or not). Not a lot to review right now. I thought you guys would be quicker.

Wish when you added additional pets, they would also be included on the app. That makes it easy to keep all of them together.
