I was sent an email indicating that I could view my quote, but when I click the link the page won't load. An error message appears and offers a "retry" option, but just spins, doesn't ever advance. I've tried the link innumerable times since having received the email from Prudent Pet on Friday, May 17, 2019.

I started with this company when my dog was 5 years old. They started at $42.00 per month and kept rising the fee up to $65.00 now. I tried to lower the coverage and they told me I could not change the deductible because I had a claim, which they did not pay.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! COMPLETELY FAKE ESA LETTER HOUSING/TRAVEL WILL NOT ACCEPT. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. NUMEROUS POOR REVIEWS ONLINE AS WELL AS COMPLAINTS WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

The claim response is very slow. With this claim, the reimbursement checks arrived with the approval letters for the claims...the same day. It seems ridiculous to re-check the information sent by the policy owner when the veterinarian bills are sent to then re-check the statements with the veterinarian's office...

Jumps in premiums every year have made it almost unaffordable.

Net spam van deze club ontvangen op een email adres dat nooit gebruikt is voor het onvangen van dit soort email. Met andere woorden, ze misbruiken gelekte/gestolen bestanden met persoonsgegevens om hun wanproduct aan te smeren, of geven opdracht daartoe.

Very confusing. What's covered and what's not?? It seems to be all over the place. Some things are covered under this, some under that. But if you want both you have to buy both and then another if you want visits included. Three policies for one dog? I never did find anything for medicine. No thanks I'll keep what I got!! Oh and claims weren't even addressed
