They basically cover nothing. Will find a reason to deny every claim unless you fight for what you are entitled for. I wish I would have started with a different company. Also, their premium is outrageous.

The people are always very helpful when I call in with questions, however I am a little frustrated with the fact the price has doubled since I started with the program. I think you are way over priced for what is offered. I am currently looking for another more affordable carrier.

I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my bank as well as represented attorney to refute a dispute with this business that is NOT legitimate and lacks integrity. I do not recommend this service to anyone. IT IS FRAUDULENT. They are thieves.

Most people looking for pet insurance end up considering Pet Plan and Trupanion. I chose Pet Plan and it was a mistake. It was the cheaper option but you get what you pay for. They say they don't increase premiums due to claims - it's a downright lie and I have proof with two separate insurance policies on different dogs. Also, if you make a claim, they will adjust down your coverage and increase your deductible in the next year, and you don't have a choice in the matter (and you can't go to another insurer at that point). It also takes them forever to pay out on claims. They are truly horrible to deal with, great on sales, terrible on service. I ended up getting secondary coverage through Trupanion when they downgraded my coverage, but it's only supplemental. You need to make the right choice upfront or you will literally be paying for it after the fact.

for example my 13 yr old husky just had a tumor removed from his liver a lobectomy ultrasound is what eventually diagnosed the tumor months earlier the ultrasound found nothing now they don't want to pay for the latest ultrasound because I reached my limit. I got the insurance not so much for the early yrs but to ensure I could do the big things when he needed it most. This is why you fail IMHO.

Prudent pet...i liked it it just seemed to have a lot of junk ads popping up when i was on site
