Before the policy is even in effect your marketing spam engine is asking for a review. Show some respect!!

edit with update: After taking 4 weeks to process a claim, during which the same information was asked for multiple times. They have only paid out a small fraction of what I am owed with no explanation of how they came to this figure. I will now be forced to take this to AFCA for resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Filling out the forms and you click enter, it doesn't explain what is needed to be corrected. Nothing is highlighted to let you know what is incorrect.

I still had to pay for my pets medication I got no coverage or refund

I had a very bad experience with Wedsafe. I tried to make a claim on my wedding event cancellation because we have no guests attending. My now husband and I moved to the city that we planned to have the wedding alone and we have no family or friends that live here. We're both middle aged and so most of our guest list is older people who don't travel very much. I tried to call the representative Vincent Sanders but he never returned my calls and just assumed that we cancelled because of the pandemic. They refunded the cancellation policy and wiped their hands of it before even discussing it with me. I felt cheated and ignored and it hurt. They referred me to K&K Insurance but I wouldn't recommend them either. They conveniently added a contingency to protect them from pandemic cancellations on the day we paid for the policy.

You guys don't explain the insurance about what they do for you or lapse of information that you're paying for..

I tried to sign up a few different times on a few different browsers, but the site wouldn’t load. I contacted customer support and they said the issue was resolved and to try agin. I did and the site still took the whole day to work.

Any of the detailed reviews below that are 5 stars are completely fake and by their scam ring. They are not operational and no letters nor contact is being provided. They just steal your money. Don’t be this stupid to read a review from MULTIPLE people and then decide well I guess I’ll listen to all these fake good reviews. You’re at fault if u do and deserve to get your money taken.
