Reply from Bivvy Pet Insurance

I signed up and paid, now I need information on when it's available and what it covers! I have seen nothing since I paid, makes me very suspicious..

I found better insurance with trupanion!! 0 deductible and 52 monthly. They don't cover pet wellness (shots, grooming, deworming, etc) but everything else is covered.

Haven't used it yet..just signed up and bought it

I thought I signed up back on April 16 , I checked today and found out something went wrong 5/11 now I think it worked ( hopefully)

Charged double the advertised price.

Had to enter information 3 times before it allowed me to submit policy.

I'm sorry to say but Bivvy is not accepted at the local pet hospitals near me.im going to ask Bivvy for a refund. If I can't get one then I'll tell others to not use them.

I went to make a claim and was told i had to provide a 2 year medical history for my pet (who is only 1 1/2). Perhaps that was in the fine print but really! She also has had 3 different vets and the idea of spending even more money to request this - during COVID no less just wasn't worth it.

Do purchased on line the letter from a therapist they took my hundred dollars and I have not received anything from them ☹️. No call no email nothing and I find it ridicously they even have a web site. Ms.
