Just signed up pretty easy,hoping I will be satisfied with it

This is a horrible company. I was concerned when they changed their terms of service and contacted customer service. I was assured of the process I followed and reimbursement would follow. They denied the claim and justified it on the changes I was specifically told wouldn't impact my pet. When I appealed I was told a contract was binding, and then told there is no requirement to read, or acknowledge the contract with a signature. The the only acknowledgement they have is a log of my contact with customer service. I have tried to allow them to behave ethically and honor the commitments of their employees, but they continue to deny coverage. Please make sure you submit each and every medical bill to them - hit them where it hurts. Make them pay for their lies that endanger our pets.

I added 2 new puppies and later on I tried to add a 3rd pet and was unable to. It kept saying MY email address was already used. Of course it was because it was me who registered the first 2 pets. I don’t know what to do short of making up a new email.

We joined Bivvy about a month ago for our 10 year old dog, and over two weeks after we joined (at this point we were able to go to the vet if needed) and had to bring my dog to the vet. Bivvy refused to accept this claim ($300+) and said it was a preexisting condition when it was not. We cancelled and are unhappy and I am sad that my dog is no longer insured, however this was hard to deal with.

My sign up date was wrong. Hope the rest of my service with you is better. My claim was dated April 17 and you said I joined April 18. My email says welcome on April 17.

I could not sign up in the Bivvy page. Gwen had to do the sign in page for me and was very helpful.

Did not accept claim even though appt was on the day the benefits started.

Have insured my dogs with Petplan for well over 30 years now, always with satisfactory results until now. Latest claim took over EIGHT weeks to settle, and then only after 4 chasers from me over the period plus two from my vet. Kept asking questions that they should have had on their database - dog has been insured with them for over 7 years, and then only when prodded. Whoever handled this claim should be sacked, or at least retrained. Will not be recommending you to anyone in future. Only one word for it ABYSMAL

Added one dog, but never accepted #2. On phone-will get on computer to add later!

signing up for auto pay then verifying $ in acct then missing payment because although you signed up for auto pay it didn't kick in is a ridicilous process
