signing up for auto pay then verifying $ in acct then missing payment because although you signed up for auto pay it didn't kick in is a ridicilous process

Easy to enroll but I need to know what is my evidence that I have this insurance

The website needs some work. I tried to add an animal, and it accepted my entries. Then, after I was completely finished, including payment, I only had one pet policy. I had to go back and do it all over again for the second pet. There was also some problem with payment not being accepted. I got no error messages, but could not submit my entry. I had to redo the entire application to get that through. I was working on my tablet. When I redid it on my desktop computer, it worked.

No phone number to reach you plus I want to make a payment and I can’t do that either on your website. I was getting automatic debits for Bivvy each month But for some reason it stopped I want to make a payment now

We have made multiple requests to speak to a manager to get 3 issues resolved and NO one has called. From billing date issues, to refusal to pay for surgical procedures covered by the policy to no communication. We where warned and now I am writing reviews letting everyone know You don’t Want to use this company! Go with Figo or another company who cares.

They were taken over about a year ago and I’ve really gone down hill. They just delay paying the claim and keep saying they don’t have the forms and you have to call your vet again and again and again and have them sent their customer service representatives have no idea what’s going on and give wrong information . There’s a lot better companies out there now with more coverage for less premium

I have paid over $1,100 per year for pet insurance for my 2 AKC registered canines for 6 years. Recently I came home to my Rottweiler yelping in agony. After a trip to the emergency vet for initial assessment, we took him to his regular vet the following morning. He had prostitus and needed an emergency neutering to relieve the pressure. After filing my claim, AKC Pet Insurance reimbursed me $0.00!!!

Trust me, do not use them. Terrible experience with the claim department. My dog is 8 years old and has had insurance for at least 7 years. Gogetplan are super good with new policies and collecting your money and then when you need them for the claims, they go to the tiny fine print. They are saying that there was no baseline exam and that he had pancreatitis for months before I took him into the vet. A dog with pancreatitis that is not taken care of will die in days. This is ridiculous. Because of pancreatitis, we found out that he had bladder stones and we did a preventive and proactive surgery and now they say that it's not covered.
