There should be an easy way to call in to ask questions, or at least to chat...not on the site

My claim shows processed but I have not received my refund. I have been calling Claims Dept since the past for 2 weeks but no person answers the phone only the recording.

You cannot arrange insurance in advance, which I find ridiculous. Who doesn’t plan ahead? I was told to phone back on the day I wanted the policy to commence, which happened to be a Saturday due to my puppy’s existing insurance ending on Friday. I asked if someone would be available to take my call on a Saturday and was told yes. Just now, I have phoned to be greeted with an automated message that their hours are Monday to Friday 0830-1700. Now my puppy is uninsured for the weekend.

I think it’s weird that they are asking people for reviews about signing up but not about the actual service they provide. I had bivvy for a month now and they couldn’t reimburse my money from my dog accident even after my waiting period ended. I’m switching my insurance.

Bc I'm being asked to review something we have not been able to use yet. I wouldn't know.
