Safehounds.com is by the far the best service online to get a quote for pet insurance! I got mine pretty instantly!

I canceled my plan because its honestly not worth it. Had the accident and illness plan along with the essential pack. Filed a claim for a wellness exam and instead of being reimbursed for it the money went towards my deductible. The employee I talked with was nice and tried to figure out why that happened but I still got no money back. I called to cancel and the employee I spoke with apparently never canceled my plan because I was charged for the next month.

I found this site on google when searching for pet insurance. The only thing is I am in the United States and it seems this is based out of the UK. I feel like website should be more forward about its location. I was even asked in which country do I live and I put US but the pricing was still set in euros. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone living in the US.

Safehounds is a very legit site, with many options, that help me excel through getting somewhere for security, and well-being. It is a worth while seeing this site.

I just started and they don’t cover deworming but my plan says they do

Easy to get a quote and find the right policy for your pets without having to shop around on your own.

The app is barely functional and difficult to use. It took them 30 days to review my claim and ask for for 2 years of medical records that are irrelevant to the claim (emergency visit for cheatgrass removal). I'm told it will take another 30 days for them to get back to me. Their website says they review and approve in 14 days...I'm still waiting so don't hold your breath. As soon as I'm done with this claim I'm getting a new policy with a different company. Read the AppStore reviews, they are all terrible.
