Used to be great but just not the same. My dog got bitten by an adder. Pet plan excluded him for a large number of unrelated conditions. My vet pointed out the conditions should be removed and even after a few years they would not. The underwriters hide behind a call centre whose staff are not equipped to understand or deal with their ridiculous rules (through no fault of their own). I had been a customer of theirs for over 30 years but never again. I used to recommend them when they were good but all they want to do now is squirm out of their responsibility to their clients.

I submitted my claim three weeks ago and have heard nothing. My account wouldn't load for 2 weeks after and when it finally did, I can't find a place where the claim would be?

I canceled my June renewal 30 days prior, in May. I have the confirmation emails. One of the reasons I canceled was they suck you in with a low price and jam it to you at renewal.Signed up for coverage when my pup was 4 months old, now is 1year 4 months old, still, a pup, why such an increase. Going back to the cancelation, June comes and they took money from my account without my permission. I feel like a victim of corporate THEFT, and think that is illegal. Called Pumpkin and they neglected to cancel the renewal. Now I am fighting to get my money back. When calling the call representatives they tell me they do not have the authority to fix the problem. I am going to call the Insurance Commission for insight or file a complaint.

The first time I tried to sign up there was a gliche on the website - the info went through and so did my payment info but the policy never came up, just kept trying to load. I had to wait until they were open to call and make sure I wouldn't end up with double payments if I tried again. It never did go through so I signed up a few days later when I had time to do it again.

Quick and fast. Easy to do.

Really frustrated with Bivvy right now. My credit card was scanned so I had to change my credit card. Three months later they are still using the old credit card. It is not easy to update payment options on their site. Asked if they were going to run the premium on the new card and 30 days later is still pending. Thinking about cancelling because of their inability to get the job done. Not to mention they are very rude when you make inquiries. The claims processing seems to work fine.

I have paid over $300 a year for insurance and when submitted a claim, they did not cover anything and gave me a $80 credit. Please be aware of limits as they do not cover anything pass $10. As they have replied, I will also reply. yes $2000 coverage but does not cover anything, it will not cover anything pass $10 because of limits, and I pay $24 a month, because of I added wellness plan, which it is nothing. I was expecting more than $25 for a $68 vet bill i now have to choose between pet insurance and a vet bill of $246 or so in november is over 70 a month worth it for insurance or what i got more coverage with bivvy at this point at least that was affordable i am very dissatisfied
