Such a scam. I had a dog with bladder stones and they just denied the claim without any reasons. Have had the "insurance" for well over a year also. Beware of this company!

never known an insurance company where you have to pay then they reimbuse you back this sounds kinds like a scam i already notified my bank plus my lawyer to check this out sounds fishy to me

Pumpkin likes to overcharge you. Especially when it’s a long holiday weekend, and no one is able to be reached

It was easy signing up, but then I needed to add coverage, and it never would let me, and I didn't have a contact email to ask for help. It charges you immediately also, so, you better be sure you want it. One more thing...my vet said they don't deal with it, its all on us. Great. Guess I didn't read the fine print. My fault!

It seems that being born a dog is Bivvy’s definition of a pre-existing condition.
