We will be stopping our insurance. The copay is $250 and our rates for the dogs have doubled. Financially it just doesn’t make sense.

I was a former ManyPets customer, just like most recent reviews. Odie is not a trustworthy pet insurance company. They have not done nor they are going to do as what they said on the transition email they sent to us transfer customers from ManyPets. They will keep making excuses not to pay the reimbursement or cover your sick pets who never had a so call pre-existing condition before began the policy with ManyPets. I filed the claim on 9/2 and now 10/7 and there is nothing changed in the claim status since the day I submitted it. It has been 5 weeks and it still shows that I submitted the claim, nothing has been review or process after I tagged along a bunch of downloaded medical records (the same day I filed the claim) which showed that my dog was a healthy puppy before I began having pet insurance with ManyPets and I never had any issues with ManyPets until they transfered me to Odie. Odie has no problem charging my credit card, but Odie is having a lot of problems to process the claim and pay the reimbursement. Whoever wants to get insurance for your loving pets, PLEASE DON'T choose to insured with Odie if you dont want to end up like us! Odie makes themselves look like A SCAM, NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COVER YOUR PET WITHOUT INTERRUPTION??? ALL LIES!!!

Lemonade has been incredibly reliable, efficient, and supportive for me and my pup, Archie! Over the past year, Archie has had an incredibly tough time with Ear Infections, IBS, Paw Infections, and some orthopedic issues caused by his general clumsiness - he even had a few nights in the Vet Hospital. Lemonade has been a God Send for Archie and I - I have never once had a doubt that they would reimburse me, most of the time they dont even give me time to think about if they'll reimburse me since about 90% of his (many) claims have been approved in literal seconds.

I didn't get approved because of some repairs that needed to be done but part of the reason I was trying to get this loan was to do repairs among other things

Like customer service, Dislike claim process, dislike time it takes to pay.

Amazingly fast claim processing. Prudent Pet sent my money to my bank the day after I filed my claims. It was in my bank the following day, No arguing about the claims or asking about extra info or anything. I have had a number of pet insurance companies. Prudent Pet may very well be the fastest and easiest to deal with.

You should allow insureds to specify the claim amount. I’ve had issues with adjusters misunderstanding the amount claimed in complex claims.

Advertisement for metlife and when you are signing up highlighted quick claim process. It doesnt say 7-10 days or longer to review & process claims. It is in the handbook very deep its not something clearly highlighted.
