Dr. Berger is the first vet we’ve had that actually listens and is treating our dog’s allergy problem. We are so glad to finally have some direction and answers! Dr. Berger is great!

It was excellent, the website was very easy to navigate, they also make sure to give tip on how to set up zoom calls for a smooth experience. The zoom call was under 10 minutes, friendly DR and I was quickly given medication for my dog kovu. The checkout process was just as easy. Highly recommend Dutch.

I expected this to just be direction on how to help my elderly dog. I was wrong. It was way more than that. It is exactly like telehealth for us. The cost was no where near what taking my 16 year old dog to the vet and putting her through the travel and trauma for the same kind of care for what her issues were. Dr Voorhees was amazing. She checked her over to confirm her diagnosis. Prescriptions were called in the same day. They do need to be shipped directly from their pharmacy so still use your veterinarian for emergency issues. They also have an after care plan and a test coming after her antibiotics are finished to make sure the UTI is gone. They’re very thorough. Will be using this company for as long as I own pets

The experience was quick and painless. The vet was super kind and understanding. Got right down to the problem and prescribed antibiotics. If your pet has an obvious allergy or respiratory infection definitely recommended. the vet clinics around me only had available appointments a week out and would cost around 100 a visit. I paid 100 for the year for dutch.

If theres 0 stars i ll gladly give it to this insurance the shittiest money hungry insurance ever run away u ll be spending on your pet and pay the insurance these people will not cover u and its a joke an exam per year its like no point im spending 24 dollar more on insurance u dont get nothing back

This is a terrible insurance. Don't bother. Constant requests for more information from the vet, just so they can deny your claim. I had preventative coverage for my dog, and they requested 2 years worth of vet records to reimburse for a vaccine. You don't need 2 years of records to do this reimbursement. If you like to jump through constant hoops, and get denials, this is the insurance for you. Also, canceling the insurance is a nightmare. There is no way to do it online. They make you call them to cancel. Terrible business practice.
