You are taking such a long time honoring the March 9, 2023 claim submission. What is going on what is the problem? You have been very slow with my last 2 claims I am thinking about cancelling coverage with you. What is wrong? I thought you honor for tooth extractions! Very disappointed please hurry with this March 9, 2023 claim! I have waited long enough!

They allow you to sign up online but you can only do monthly billing that way which comes with an extra monthly charge of $2/month. They say to call if you want to pay for the year to avoid the fee. After signing up, I called to pay for the year but was told I would still have to pay the extra fee for the first month because I did the sign up online. Pretty awful way to get $2 extra dollars out of everyone. Also, your term starts right away meaning you are already paying for coverage but they don’t offer coverage for 15 days. I get the waiting period for people who might wait to insure their pet until there is a problem but don’t charge for the period when you won’t provide coverage. Even the waiting period seems unfair when the dog is brand new to you. I insured my dog the day I got her but still have to wait 15 days and given she is a puppy, already have lots of vet expenses that won’t be reimbursed. Just feels like they are after every possible way to get money out of their customers without providing any service to do it. Really bad first experience with them.

Supposed pre-existing condition for a new issue. Not impressed.

I filed the Money back then i asked for i was not able to pay for them so i had to pay and get it back so i can able to paying my bills. they deined

I wasn't aware that it took a few weeks for the account to activate.

It seems that after buying the most expensive dog insurance you have, everything I send in, I receive $0 back. I left my last insurance company since I felt you had more to offer. I guess I was wrong. Even with the top of the line illness along with the wellness, that doesn't even help.

I tried to tell you that Fergus is actually smaller than I at first thought but I couldn't find anyplace say that. I also wanted to tell you that he had an eye removed but once again, nowhere to type that. When filling out about previous conditions I didnt understand the medical terminology for any of them. Maybe you could be a little more user friendly in your menu. Maybe someplace to tell you what we want you to know.

The people being insured for their pets should always be reminded that insure only pays off if your animal is critically ill otherwise you are just paying out money for no return.

Money spent on this insurance for one 1 year old dog over 2 years: $2,000+. Money reimbursed when my dog got lepto or had any ear infection or literally anything: $0
