Was delayed in joining, was prepared to join on 07/03/24

I'm not even sure my dog is insured with you. I filled out everything and put in my credit card number; but, I have gotten nothing supporting coverage.

I have been with this company for a little over 5 years now and I am sorry to lower their ratings. However, they are getting out of hand with this price increases and its becoming unacceptable. I went from the last increase to $183 to now $215. That is ridiculous! The only reason I give them with 2 stars is because outside of their price increase I never had an issue. I will start to shop around!

Quotes changed and monies charged to my account without my consent.

Changing companies is confusing and it seems like our pricing will go up which makes me second guess my decision

I enrolled in your insurance 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received email confirming my insurance.

Very disappointed policy. Can’t believe it doesn’t cover simparico trio . It is a preventative measure.

They tried everything to avoid paying for our dog’s emergency surgery pulling rules out of the hat after the fact. They were brazenly rude and unprofessional in everyway—in writing through an email exchange! I was a brand new customer too with a dog with no preexisting conditions. Go with others who offer quick payment they advertise but don’t deliver on. They’re fine for rich people who have $15,000 laying around to wait for 2 weeks. This other positive review was curiously updated after mine (I can see the time)even though it was originally posted in July which tells me they put bogus positive reviews on here. We were fortunate enough to get loans and avoid putting our dog down.

I did not have to use the insurance as of yet.

All my questions were answered and the online purchase was smooth.
