Submitted a claim and there has been no update; even if not approved I would expect at least some form of update.

Everything thing is a preexisting condition. Your denial just says because of a preexisting condition. I then have to ask for an explanation for the determination. The explanation is weak at best.

Your waiting period should be announced in advance. I know that many people are not forthright and get insurance after the fact. I signed up for my dog for the long haul and I would have paid the whole year upfront. All i want to do is bring my dog in for its annual check up and add on services i ordered when I started the insurance.

I purchased my pet insurance in good faith. Submitted a claim that said I would receive my reimbursement within 5 days. It’s been over two weeks. I asked about it and was told they needed a medical history. All I took my pet in for was vaccinations that were needed. No medical history of illness just needed his shots to protect him.
