Well, I know Pumpkin has th payment for Sassy's year, However I have not received anything in the mail to present to my Vet to show I have this Insurance What's up with that? No card or Anything!!!

I’ve been canceled twice without notice. Every time I have to wait another 14 days for coverage to continue. Seems a bit odd to me.

Your service is first rate, however a 25% premium increase in just one year seems rather excessive and may force me to shop around, even though your service is good.

Is too early to say how much good is the service but at least sounds good in the beginning. I just took the service so I will see how it goes

Registration for new insurance is set up to run smoothly. Filing a claim was easy and was handled quickly with a check already on its way. However, do be sure to read the fine print of the Wellness/Preventative insurance. We had a number of costs for our new puppy to get him "up and running". Our vet has a puppy plan that we purchased for $300, and we added on some immunizations to that too, reaching about $400 for the first visit (all eligible for reimbursement). We were only reimbursed the amount we spent annually on the wellness insurance (so...cut even on purchasing the insurance, which is not the point of purchasing insurance), and I checked and found fine print that if a vet offers a "puppy plan" bundle, they only reimburse up to the yearly fee. They may have a good reason for this, but it does not instill trust for future claims.

Havent had an opportunity to use pumpkin insurance as of yet. Lets hope it stays that way. Want to keep my pup healthy & happy with no vet visits!!!! Though it’s nice to know i have pet insurance (just in case). Thanx Pumpkin!
