My mom was checking her and dad's bank statements and for some reason they're being charged by First Enroll but mom says that that isn't the insurance company they use. Any clue why this would be happening? Is some type of scam or fraud? Just so you know, I know almost nothing about how insurance works so sorry if I seem stupid.
