Very slow speed in processing claims
All of my claims takes almost 2 months to process. Their team will always tell me that they are working on my claim, but I keep waiting. Also, they keep asking for the same document, and I submit them multiple times, and they still claim it's missing. It's very frustrating and very slow. After my kittens are older, I will really want to switch to a different insurance provider.
Embrace - Embrace is great with initial response but…
**Update** while they did reach out and correct the issue for the wellness claim. They opened a second claim, which they explained to me that they had to do it this way. However, they opened the second claim and put it was for wellness AND that my cat was hit by a car, which isn't correct. He was not hit by a car. It was a simple wellness claim for a neuter procedure.
Embrace is quick to reimburse you for covered claims. I was very pleased at first but my one wellness claim from November is the reason I only gave 3 stars. The adjuster on that claim is non responsive. All info was provided and still no response from her. All other claims have been great.

Honestly have had issue after issue with you guys. And during all the appeal process I was unable to claim the most expensive surgery required. So very unhappy
Embrace - As a first time Furparent, do not get Embrace as a pet insurance!
They will put your claim on hold forever! They said that they tried contacting your vet clinic for additional documents but I don’t think they did! They want you to do it yourself as if you have all the time in the world to do that! Very inconvenient! Not helpful! Your company sucks!

These guys are horrible. Not only do they deny claims based upon “preexisting conditions,” but their representatives are not knowledgeable on the intricate details of the policies. I guess most insurance companies are evil. Preexisting conditions should be covered, especially if they are conditions that every dog experiences.

I spent $700 on my dogs emergency on 3 visits and was only able to get $197 from you. Plus it cost me over $200 a month to you guys.
Embrace - Not great
Not great, a lot of back and forth about required med documents. Not clear what was needed for a claim. Denied coverage on probiotics, prescribed by the vet, used to minimize side effects of drugs.

Embrace has always been easy to deal with...until this small claim. I have downloaded health information several times because they wanted it for this claim and I am getting no response. I just restarted the same claim. Hope I get results this time
Embrace - Terrible
Terrible. Took well over a month to get it processed, low transparency on why they elected what they did. They issued and sent a check without any confirmation about where I wanted that to be deposited and sent so I have yet to even receive the very small amount they offered. I took my dog for an emergency And they are barely paying anything. I am so unsatisfied I’ve messaged them and not heard anything back.Do not recommend.
