I don’t like Embrace pet insurance because it doesn’t cover much for your pet and also every time you call them in they’re expecting you to give a review about that individual well I find that very insulting. I also very rude because my attitude is this if someone wants to give a good review they’re gonna do it on their own. The company does not need to be asking for review from a Customer. Last year I was joining a gym with my wife so we could exercise. The manager came out and said I’d like you to give me a good review so I can get a pay raise And that was very insulting because the gym itself was dirty. No one has the right to ask someone for a review. I feel embraces more about making a profit than it is about the pets. I don’t like the company. I keep it right now because I need something for my dog, I just don’t think it’s worth Having a company like this, that is asking for a review. i’m gonna be looking into other pet insurance for my dog. I’m not saying I will get rid of them because I don’t know right now. I’m thinking about it. I will give them a five star when they stop asking for a review from its customers. I cannot stand this about Embrace.
Embrace - Claim submission window is unrealistic…
Claim submission window is unrealistic and hard to follow. Depending upon when your pet goes to the vet you could have as little as 61 days to file the claim or as many a 425 days to file. I am unable to file a claim for the current year, that occurred ~ 200 days ago, even after being a loyal customer of 10+ years. I don't appreciate this as I feel I found their loophole for being able to deny/not accept claims.
They are always asking for my dog's records when they already have that information. So I have to keep resending everything several times.
Embrace - I have had claims "on hold" for months
I have had claims "on hold" for months. I have submitted the requested information several times. you are asking for a 12-month medical history on dogs i got at 10 weeks old. the last time i was told i would receive an e-mail within 48 hours. that was several weeks ago. i notice there is never a delay in your taking the monthly premiums. what am i paying for if you won't process my claims or contact me. now i have to deal with this while recovering from surgery.
Embrace - Fairly easy to use but time consuming
I liked how easy and straight forward the claim submission process is, however: selecting a provider is the slowest I've seen, and trying to type is a provider name is VERY difficult. Also, asking people to pick just one diagnosis is very difficult, especially when you take your pet in for limping (as an example), but the pet also received her vaccines. Lastly, please remember the provider and the pet and use them as defaults, and allow us to change them if anything changed. Also, providing this feedback shouyld be greatly streamlined.
Embrace - Claims not initially being covered!
The last couple claims I have had to fight for denied line items because they were clearly covered (which they ended up being) instead of Embrace following up with needing information and then I have to follow up MULTIPLE times before things are resolved. I have been a customer since 2018, referred MULTIPLE people and have not had these issues until recently. Very disappointing.
My overall satisfaction with this company is questionable. I have had coverage for my cat for many, many years. He is 18 years old. They seem, at times, to categorize services as wellness sometimes, other times it goes towards illness deductible, etc.
My overall experience is they have inconsistent reimbursement, categorizing services randomly.

I would like for you to cancel my policy as soon as possible.
Embrace - Just don't bother
Just don't bother. I've tried so many pet insurances and all of them including Embrace find any reason to deny claims. Save up for the eventual medical bills and you will save money. What a waste.
Embrace - Very little coverage
Don’t understand if you covered the bill, why you only paid less than 300.00 when we had to pay the vet almost 900.00. Not very good insurance.
