If I could, I would give 0 stars. This company is unethical. They will oversell you on more policy than you need, and not tell you how strict they are on claims. They tried to charge me more after i paod the policy in full, based on their reviews of vet records, because of dog breed (my dogs are mixes), and the list goes on... Very poor customer service when you call. You can't change payment method online. When I called to cancel my policies (yes, 2 - one for each dog), I told the agent that I needed to update my credit card, due to the number changing. They said, sure customer support can help you. Then customer support told me I could not change the card when the policy was already canceled (2 minutes before via phone with their agent), They refused to give me my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Embrace - Extreme increase in premiums
Extreme increase in premiums this year!!! My dog is 15 years old and I started her on the insurance when she was 10. Had steadily increased a little over time but this year they nearly tripled my premiums. If you have an older dog look elsewhere or really compare with other plans. Very deceptive and didn't even provide proper justification for increase or when I asked for the decision that it was based on.
Embrace - Fine Until Your Pet Gets Sick
We have had a great experience with Embrace Pet Insurance with our chocolate Lab for many years until he started having serious health issues. Our premium since we insured him at 3 years old was around $1000 per year. This year he turned 11 and has had a rough year healthwise. I was shocked that his premium went up to $5000! I guess they only want to insure healthy pets so they can keep their profits up. We had to cancel since $5000 plus a $1000 deductible is ridiculous. Very disappointing since we have been with them so long.
The staff is friendly and helpful; however, they require a lot of work on your part to process a claim. I've submitted two claims, and one-third of the first one has been paid. I suppose I had a deductible that I wasn't aware of, so that's on me, the second one was never processed because of information that my vet needed to supply that was not received. You have to be very diligent about getting them the paperwork they need. It would be helpful if the company could be more involved in communicating with the veterinarian practice so their customers just have to put in the claim and leave the rest to them.

I've been paying for insurance for six months, which was supposedly comprehensive, and when I first complained, they told me it doesn't even cover vaccinations! Nothing preventive, just accidents! That's not even what I read when I bought the policy! I don't recommend it.
Embrace - They can let people that know nothing…no help
They can let people that know nothing about insurance know more about how it exactly runs and what it does. I have the insurance from you and i have put in at least 4 claims and they didn't approve not one of them. Embrace sucks.
Embrace - Biggest waste of money in my life
Biggest waste of money in my life, even with the USAA discount. There are plenty of other pet insurance options that will give you more for less.
If I were smart I would have just put aside a small chunk of my savings strictly for my dogs health.
