They doubled my insurance premium the second year I was using it. Went up double the amount. I cancelled with them. They were also extremely careful of not coving anything for your dog and found ways around everything. I emailed them about getting charged again this month, didn’t get a response they just refunded me. Professionalism and understanding of the monthly rate going up DOUBLE was lacking.

Diagnosis field very limited. When filing the claim the diagnosis field almost tries to point you towards conditions that they can then exclude. My Vet has said that Embrace is one of the most difficult pet insurance companies to work with. It is almost like after they have your premium they work very hard to deny a claim. We will not be renewing!
Embrace - Fake pre existing conditions
Screw embrace. They use any excuse possible to deny coverage due to pre-existing conditions, even when the vet says in writing that the issue the pet is having is not related to that condition.

I have had Embrace insurance for about a decade. We experienced a life threatening situation in our lives and Embrace was completely inflexible in accepting claims.

I signed up for pet insurance with Embrace many years ago. Since then I submitted one invoice for $880 and received less than $200 back as most of the things that were diagnosed on the invoice was not covered. I have been paying $190 every month and this month the price went up to $410!!!!
Are they giving me anything more for this exorbitant increase?? NO.
When I called the company to find out about the doubling of the monthly rate, I could barely understand the representative as her accent was so strong I had to ask her to constantly repeat herself. Then, respectfully I had to ask her to connect me with someone else. Are they sourcing their customer service department out of the country to save money??

The company lied about coverage and refunded their premium money when they didn’t want to stand by their policy. I have already filed a complaint with the California department of insurance regarding this.
