This insurance company is a scam. Me pup had a mass in her stomache removed. Last year in chart it said dog has black mass ( which was not a mass but spot). They would not pay bc she already had a Mass on her. It was never even removed. So it doesn’t matter now to bother bc any other “mass” she gets they won’t even pay for. Why bother having insurance??

App doesn't work so I have to upload to website. Submitted claim a week ago for emergency trip to get. Raven swallowed something. Never received any notice that you received the claim.

We certainly understand a premium increase is never ideal, but premiums do increase over time with all insurance products and pet insurance is no exception. The premium increase is not currently based on your pet's individual health status or the claims you've personally submitted, but on our entire book of business (the overall actuarial data) based on your pet's age, breed, sex, and the location where you reside. The main factors that impact premiums each year include the age of a pet, tenure of the policy, and inflation which includes the increase in veterinary costs.
Over the lifetime with any pet insurance company you are likely to see very similar trends, it just may vary when the increase happens. However, Embrace structures our policies to allow each pet parent to change coverage parameters to adjust the premium based on what they feel is best for their individual pet and situation. Embrace - claims more than a month…
I submitted my claims more than a month ago. Every time I sent messages or emails I didn’t get any response. I submitted all required papers from my veterinarian. I just got the response it can take up to a month. Finally I got an email saying that my claims are on “review” and I should wait. The worst insurance ever.
Embrace - Delays in processing
Delays in processing, repeated phone calls and consistent 'loss' of invoices from our veterinarians. Really? We submit on time and thoroughly but then have to keep calling to request claim processing. We are not comfortable referring new clients to Embrace anymore. Our rates skyrocket each year despite healthy dogs.
