Had insurance 2 yrs. dog got injured, stitches to front leg. Had to go to emergency vet. Bill was 500.00 + dollars, Insurance paid $158.56. $250.00 deductible, minus exam.(need exam option to be covered/exam of the wound is part of the emergency procedure) and other things. At 78.00 a month, long term it is simply not worth it. To much fine print. Will put money into separate account and use as needed. Typical Insurance sounds good, but never works out as expected.

My dog is 13+ and we have had this insurance his whole life. While I am glad we have had it, there is one major problem which is that they cap the limits on paying for a condition over the life of your pet. Most other insurance plans do not do this. If I were to pick a new plan I would not pick this plan due to that problem.

I've had this insurance for over three years never had a claim but the pricw goes up every year plus I should be able to go online and see the policy I shouldn't have to call them and until now this is the first time someone has asked me about it. And now that I am retired I might have to drop it.

Don’t call it insurance. Coverage is limited to $1500 for an entire illness. It claims to cover cancer, but didn’t even cover the costs of diagnostics. I spent over $20,000 for the cancer treatment and received only $1500.

Minimal contact. Raised rate. Poor documentation on coverages

When I talked to the lady on the phone she was very rude and she seemed that she really didn't want to help me or answer my questions. I really don't think I will do business with them again

So far only had to use the insurance during the trial period when puppy ate some glass, but I have had a paid policy for a year with no incidents. I like the policy and it should help a lot if I ever do have to use it. What I don't like is the online experience. Customers should be able to create a secure online account to manage the policy, payment, and claims. My schedule makes it hard for me to make calls during business hours, so I don't like that I either have to call a representative or send personal information through email to make any sort of change to my billing. Also it would be easier for me to make sure I have the coverage I want if I could look at quotes online rather than have a representative explain them over the phone, and if I were to file a claim I'd rather submit it through a secure online profile than through mail, email, or fax. That said I have had a good experience when I have had to contact customer service for billing/quote related matters, but it would have been a lot more convenient if I didn't have to call them in the first place.

Limited to no coverage. Don’t waste your money.
