I left a message to their phone number. They called me back and I mentioned them about all negative reviews. After the call, about an hour ago magically a positive review appeared here. Seems like customer service comments about their own company to look positive.

SCAM - They use license numbers from professionals without their permission. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Waardeloos bedrijf: SPAMMEN je meerdere keren op een dag met nieuwsbrieven ZONDER afmeldbutton. Via Facebook chat doet men alsof ze je niet kunnen uitschrijven zonder je persoonsgegevens. Men komt met een onzin verhaal aanzetten over "dat het niet hun schuld is dat hun email in de spambox komt en dat je dit kan wijzigen". Geen idee welke simpele ziel deze simpele ziel op de klantenservice heeft gezet.

This place is a scam. They don’t contact you back for a refund. Their letters are not exceptable. It’s better to see your own doctor for a real letter

I can understand that they get alot of claims but at times it takes more than a month to complete the process. The last claims I submitted had lab reports and information from the Vet. We had already spoke with someone about the tests being run and we submitted the reports and notes of the vet. They received three requests for information and submitted the paperwork three times and then a fourth time by fax with a vet tech being on the phone as the paperwork was being faxed. They need to set up some way to let the client know how much they have left on a certain illness.

Het bekende sterretje in de ruit werd uiteindelijk niet vergoed bij mijn Nowgo all risk verzekering. Aangezien de auto pas 1 maand in mijn bezit is willen ze een verklaring dat er geen sterretje in zat bij aankoop. Ik heb uiteindelijk maar zelf de maar 55 euro herstelkosten betaald. Goedkoop (verzekering) blijkt dus duurkoop. Ik sluit me verder aan bij de overige reacties

This place is a scam. Do not buy from here. False advertisement. States that they will give you ESA for 3 pets but does not provide that, no customer service number and will not refund your money. Stay away!
