Tryed to sign up second pet it took my info but semt no recipt i want a second policy also i lost wich email i regestered so i need that sent also

How does this work? Say I give my dog an appointment, do I pay full price of the appointment until I get reimbursed?

Not that easy. I'm still waiting to be able to verify my account. I won't be signed up until I'm verified. I'm not sure I can get back to the page I need to finish.

Awful company, DO NOT USE!! You will be throwing away your money.

Hard to review pet insurance at this point just got it but have not used it yet. Will have to do a review if and when I have to use it.

Slechte verzekeringsmaatschappij. 18 juni een aanrijding gehad. Alles ingeleverd wat betreft schade etc. Tot op heden geen enkele reactie. We zijn alrisk verzekerd. Op mail wordt niet gereageerd en telefonisch zijn ze op zijn zachts gezegd behoorlijk onvriendelijk. Ze zijn daarnaast overgegaan in Ohra, dit moesten we lezen op de site. We hebben hier niets van vernomen via nowgo zelf. We betalen al jaren keurig onze verzekering en hadden goede ervaringen met de voorganger van nowgo maar nadat het overgegaan is, lijkt het 1 en al ellende. Zodra de schade is afgehandeld, stappen wij over naar een andere verzekering.

Well, after so many years with petplan I've finally given up. We went from paying around 17$ a month for our cat to now 40$ a month as she is now 7 years old (apparently the prices skyrocket as they age even without any health problems). They require a 450$ deductible per year before they start paying out at 80%. Also, we were unaware that after a certain age they require yearly check ups so we didnt take her this year with everyrhing going on and now they won't cover the most recent claim, remind you we have never filed a claim before this and the money we paid out of pocket was a little over 600$ so at most we may have gotten $80ish back but it's become a whole ordeal and they still won't process the claim. To much of a hassel for 40$ a month better off to save that money yourself.

I just bought the new 1-3 ESA Letter for Housing and airline i got to step 7 out of 8 of the application and from there they charge me. I wasnt going to select it but from there they did. Okay fine..They got me the ESA letter right away but i having issues with the landlord forms that i need. Ive been emailing them every hour...lol cuz it’s annoying they don’t answer right away. Horrible service cuz they dont even answer my emails and their customer service line does not work!!

I just signed up was congratulated try to sign in again to get the other insurance for regular visits I was denied access said wrong password
