It took me several tries over a 4 day period to buy a policy. For some reason after my card was verified I couldn't click on the enroll window until today.

There needs to be an easier way to see what your waiting period is. Unfortunately for me my poor pup had more problems than I expected and I got pet insurance to help with that but was not aware of the waiting period.

I never got a confirmation only after i signed up with another insurance.

I assume my information went thru? Including my CC info? I tried 3 times & finally gave up. So its really good to see this EMAIL. Do I wait 30 days before it's effective? Thanks for your help, Sincerely, Penny Cohen

I just got it for my new buddy in the house. I hope i only use it for maintence of regular check ups.

the screen froze after my payment was collected.

I started with Petplan , price was reasonable and seemed easy to deal with. I received a letter regarding my renewal and the price of my plan went up 47%, but they are going to give me a discount so it is only going up 27%. My dog is turning 1 and I have had no claims. Would definitely NOT recommend
