I just signed up and I went to login it says wrong password that's as far as I have gone. I'm older I'm not a computer wizard.

SCAM! I contacted the therapist who supposedly wrote my letter who I never saw or spoke to and she didn't know who I was or who Waggy.pet was. A Total BS website papermill. I order their laughable "Gear" for my pup and it wasn't the picture they showed. It was a cheap flimsy strap that broke the 1st day!

Even though I did sign up for this insurance, I am still not completely sure that I understand what exactly is covered, etc. I found the website to be lacking in what I would consider true details. I've signed up, but I am honestly afraid that this may be a scam.

I still have not received any paperwork stating that my cat Honey is covered by Bivvy pet insurance.

Do NOT buy this insurance for your PUPPY! I paid 94$ a month for my 3 month old puppy and the first time I used it they denied my 700$ cardiac assessment! What a waste of my money! Do not waste yours!

Dont cover wellness.. Not interested in covering my puppy with yall...
