I am very excited to try this very affordable pet insurance for my frisky felines and furry dogs. It's hard to find affordable insurance for animals that covers so many things that can go wrong. Just like humans so many things can go wrong with our pets. Various and costly tests such as MRI, and cancer treatments. It is very important we all take the very best care of our fur babies so we have them with us as long as we can. Thank You Safe Hounds!

The app is barely functional and difficult to use. It took them 30 days to review my claim and ask for for 2 years of medical records that are irrelevant to the claim (emergency visit for cheatgrass removal). I'm told it will take another 30 days for them to get back to me. Their website says they review and approve in 14 days...I'm still waiting so don't hold your breath. As soon as I'm done with this claim I'm getting a new policy with a different company. Read the AppStore reviews, they are all terrible. My review was previously removed by PetPlan because they didn’t believe I had an actual experience with them. I didn’t received any follow up communication from PetPlan or attempt to resolve my issue. It has now been 6 weeks and my claim has still not been processed.
