Didn't really help me. The service gives you close access to vets, but in my situation they were not helpful. I'm sure others might find it useful.

your controversy and bad communication killed my cat on sept 3 2021.And you shorted my payment for emergency to make the experience more sad.I couldnt get a verifcation from PawP for treatment so they put him down................

Pawp - BEWARE Scam compan liars and thieves
We had to take our puppy to the emergency vet and while waiting I came across Pawp insurance well From what I read it seemed like a great choice but minutes after I bought the policy I read where it's just for an online vet and they have to give you permission to go to the regular vet so I immediately cancelled within minutes they excepted it and said the emergency 3000 was gone but I still had access to online vets which ticked me off I sent a message asking if my $19.00 wouldbe refunded since it was just a few mins when I opened it and closed it they sent back and said no but I still had access to their online vets. I told them they were liars and thieves and it was wrong to keep my money for something I cancelled in a few mins but guess what they are and they don't care. Stay far away from this company it's a scam and a rip off. Good business would of refunded it

Na een naar ongeluk in het buitenland heel erg goed geholpen. Zowel met terugreis als annuleringen, zelfs het (gedwongen) verblijf op het vakantieadres nadat het ongeluk gebeurd was, werd vergoed. Restitutie binnen paar dagen geregeld. En zelfs nog een mail met de vraag gekregen hoe het nu met ons ging.
