Pawp - You are better off to get an actual pet…
You are better off to get an actual pet insurance. My dog was injured and I communicated with Pawp vet who asked me questions and I answered them. The vet refused to release funds though the injury was big enough and looked inflamed as the doctor confirmed. Note sure if that was deliberate to have me stay and be delayed from giving my dog the care. Still the doctor refused to release funds and told me to seek medical care for my dog in the next 24 hours, which I did. I took my dog the next day to the vet and she needed work up to cut and clean the wound, many stitches and confirmed in a letter to Pawp that it was deep cut. Pawp denied to reimburse me, as I took time to take my dog, because per their vet she was ok and all I had to do is watch her till I take her to the vet next day. They take your money and NEVER reimburse you for any emergency matter!
Go Pet Plan - Please can I talk to an actual person!!
I submitted an online insurance claim for recent treatment for my dog. Although they had apparently emailed my vets the vets had no correspondence from them. I have tried to contact Pet Plan to let them know that I suspect they have used the wrong email but they have not replied! Im desperate for the money back and am at a loss on how to contact them to get this resolved.
Go Pet Plan - Will find any excuse to charge you excesses
I paid £30 - £40 per month for 5 years for pet insurance for rabbits and I wish I had just put it in a savings account as my rabbit developed a skin condition in 2021 and I visited the vet 4 separate occasions for treatment and Petplan found every reason to charge me an excess each time. If you use this company make sure you really understand the policy and what wording your vet or you use for each claim.
Pawp - Read the fine print and get ready for changes.
I bought this a few months ago because they said that my vet would be paid directly, then they changed to I pay and get reimbursed.
ManyPets - Scam. Does not pay out.
When I needed to file a claim, they made it extraordinarily difficult. So much so that I ended up canceling my policy. Of course that's I've already paid them WAY more than the amount that I tried to claim. This place is a scam through and through. Stay far away from Manypets, unless you like just giving money away.

ManyPets - No Faith, but Still Here
I have lost complete faith in this company.
ManyPets - Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I purchased my pet's insurance on Sept 19. Gave my credit card information at that time and received an email confirmation with an invoice that I thought was simply a receipt. No where in that email does it say my credit card did not go through. On Oct 17th I received another invoice at 9pm EST. Then at 12am Oct 18th I receive a cancelation email. I reached out to customer service once I read the email and was told my card was not processed because of a bad security code. Okay. They made zero and I mean zero effort to regain my business. They even lied and told me that I was told that my card was not processed when I first signed up by email but the email mentions nothing about a problem processing my card.
ManyPets - It is a total SCAM
It is a total SCAM! First, it is so hard to get reimbursed. I paid $150 for heartworm protection shot, but they only reimbursed $21. Second, they do not allow you to cancel. They has some kind of contract with the bank. When you replace the credit card with the bank, your payment information will automatically renewed on their website. It is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
