Ur not really helping ppl get care for their pets when they have to pay out of pocket then be reimbursed. The point is they don't have it. That's why they try to be smart and get pet insurance.

Nope. Only paid $1.5K for a $12K vet bill. They are cheap for a reason

I waited for 3-4 weeks to hear back from Management on re-instating my policy. Unacceptable!

I think it’s hard for us to have you take the payment every month sometimes we just have to wait until we get our other bills pay, you should give themselves little time before they have you take the amount out of their accounts

No follow up.. next step etc.

I filed a C cpl claims and haven’t heard anything back from them

I tried to change my billing information on line. I spent(actually wasted) an hour trying to do this. I tried several different devices, checked my internet connection and restarted/refreshed my devices. I was having a hard time so I called Pumpkin’s customer service. The agent was nice and professional, but she was unable to help me. They can’t change billing information, it has to be done on line. This, to me was frustrating, I just want to make my payment on time and unfortunately my current card on file has been deactivated, until I get a new one.

Signed up for two dogs. Only one policy shows up online. Emailed customer service, they said there may be a computer glitch. Coming up on one month and no policy.

After doing a comparison of numerous pet insurance companies I chose many pets and signed up less than a month ago. Now I am being asked to write a review when there hasn’t been sufficient time for my dog to have any heath issues. I am giving a 1 star review because I think it absurd to ask for a review when your client hasn’t had time to experience your service. What people really want to know is did you pay claims and did you do it on time.
