They were wonderful for a while. The price just got out of control. They raised it $103 a month without informing me. When I reached out they said they emailed me which I went back to check it and never got an email. The price was not worth the service they provided!! I went to another company after that

I would not recommend Pets Best. What was advertised versus what they actually cover is very different. My experience is pet insurance with Pets Best is a scam. They purposely make the fine print unclear and have basically denied every claim saying it is not covered even spaying or medication is being denied. It was a waste of money to sign up. Their policy is not clear and the amount of time it takes them to process a claim is easily delayed 2 months. Don’t waste your time or money. Use the Costco pet insurance instead.

Our cairn terrier accidentally swallowed a piece of plastic. She was taken to an emergency vet to induce vomiting. She is fine now. That was on November 4th. Embrace held up the claim for what they said was to check for pre existing conditions. Lame excuse because this was an emergency condition. Swallowing a piece of plastic by accident is not a daily occurrence. The representative i spoke to was not too kind about this. After giving Embrace one star in a previous review, they settled within two hours. I just hope I don't have to go through this every time.

Absolutely a waste of money. Stay away. I had incurred approximately -$3,600 in vet bills throughout 2024. Fetch's premium cost me about -$500. Fetch reimbursed me for roughly +$500. I cancelled the service after 9 months and figured I broke even on the premiums/reimbursements. Then, 5 months after cancelling the service, they send me an email asking to repay them another -$350 due to some 'internal billing issues'. This is 100% a money grab praying on pet owners that love their pets. Love your pets, pay the vet directly, this insurance is a scam.

This was my very first claim for Clark Gable so I understand that it took a rather lengthy time to process. I received an email more than 10 days ago explaining the amount of money I would be receiving . I’m still waiting for the the check to arrive so I cannot give an honest opinion of your service yet!

This was the worst experience I’ve had I had two bad experiences with both of my pets this company lacks communication and info for customers after 6 months paying premiums input claim in they called told me they had to cancel my policy I’m so upset frustrated after talking to numerous people I was still left very unsatisfied and furious !!!

It was very trying at times. A lot of red tape. You have no problem taking money from my account to pay the monthly fee when it’s time to make a claim we have to jump through hoops to get it done. Every person I spoke to was very nice very professional Very courteous. But still don’t like the policy that you have in place for some things.

I have had a policy with Healthy Paws for less than 2 years and my premium has DOUBLED!!!. This is extortion. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Reading other reviews as well looks like they increase their premiums EVERY YEAR. This is absolutely ridiculous especially since there are no added benefits to the price increase. Look elsewhere for insurance, trust me you will regret getting a policy with them as much as I am regretting it.

Embrace Pet Insurance will use ANY and ALL reasons to deny claims determining that your pet conveniently has a “pre-existing condition”. I submitted my first ever claim for a dental cleaning for my dog and my claim was denied because the Veterinarian had noted in a previous annual visit that my dog had some tarter buildup, which is extremely common in dogs and cats. But it was enough for Embrace to designate it as a pre-existing condition and deny my claims. Please AVOID using this company to insure your pet. They are a massive rip-off and you will end up paying out of pocket for any procedures.

This company should be investigated for scamming its customers out of millions of dollars all because it is their ultimate decision to decide whether something is covered or not because they choose to I am tired of being ripped off by this scam company I would not recommend this company to anybody when I asked for a simple documentation of what was covered they gave me some bullshit that I could not even comprehend and I am well educated so my simple thing to this company is they can go f themselves and should be investigated immediately.
