I paid for my pet insurance for over ten years. The first time I tried to make a claim they denied it (upwards of $3,000) even though it was pre approved. They claimed I did not follow the vets instructions. I disputed it and had a letter from the vet stating I did follow instructions. They still denied it. My dog is eleven years old, I cancelled my insurance as I do not trust this company for obvious reasons. I am so disappointed I paid close to $10,000 for this elective insurance and still have a huge vet bill on my credit card. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Have not covered ANYTHING! I have been doing diagnostic testing for my cat with GI issues, which the website claims you cover, yet my claims have all been denied. Update: I received outreach from the company where they let me know that nothing that happens to my pets during the first 30 days of getting the policy will be eligible for coverage. This was not communicated to me when I signed up and i very disappointed in that. My vet was also unaware of this. My cat is facing some serious testing and diagnostics over the next month, so having this insurance will be a moot point. Feeling mislead and disappointed with the company- hoping I find another company willing to help me afford all the testing my kitty will be going through.

This place is a complete joke!!!! Called in for a claim I submitted told me it would 10-14 business days which is fine, but it's been 15 days now, so I called and asked what was going on and now they tell me 30 business days! But they sure in the hell want my payment when its DUE!!!!!!!!!

Everything went wrong, first of all you guys took out the money from my account for starting my plan, and then I was never notified about being reimbursed for things, instead of having the vet just bill you guys, so I decided to cancel my policy with you guys and I was told that I would get my money refunded back to me in full, and instead you guys tried to take out more money out of my account again!!!! That's not right of you guys to do that to people, what a bunch of scammers you are!!!!!! Better make it right with me....

Pet Insurance with Embrace is a complete waste of your money. They use the excuse of "preexisting conditions" to deny major claims. Embrace's Claims Dept used a 2022 trip to the Vet for muscle soreness after vigorous exercise to deny a torn ACL surgery claim in 2025 despite a statement from the 2025 Vet saying the two incidents were unrelated. Stay away from Embrace.

What is Wellness covered is still sketchy to me.

Normally I was able to upload all the pictures but every time I chose the six pictures to upload, when I clicked “next” it would not add them and mentioned that I would need to email them to Claims at embracepetinsurance.com. Glad there was a workaround. I emailed and hopefully that will work.

Adopted a pet from the humane society and was signed up for this insurance. Called to cancel, and instead of processing my request the rep would just seemingly ignore me and respond with manipulative questions. It was weird, I had to get really firm and just repeat “please cancel my account”. I’ve actually never experienced anything like that. Went from a neutral opinion and just not a product I need at this time, to a very negative opinion and actively telling people to beware/avoid. Not a company I will use in the future. Ever.

When I try to log in, a notice says "Unavailable at this time. I called and the girl contacted a computer geek at you company to fix the problem, and she did but I just tried to log in this am and the problem is happening again. I cannot use your services if I can't even get into my own account. Please fix this and let me know when it's fixed. I will give you to the end of the month. Got fantastic care from Hebron Hospital. After spending over $900 on final bill, I filed the claim and after 4 weeks of no responses I get my payment of $126, and $15. Biggest rip off in the world. After paying $117 a month for over 2 years. CON ARTISTS.
