I like that MetLife has a Wellness benefit and shared deductible. I don't like that claims are processed too slowly in the pipeline often with me having to call or email to check the status.

My dog is 7 years old and I've had Petplan cover since 2019. Now I come to claim for surgery to crucia ligament I have to pay first £110 myself and the policy limit of £4000 is £1400 short of what needed from two vet quotes. Totally inadequate level of cover for relatively standard injury. I feel conned as I was led to believe good level of cover.

Very bad use experience. The system cannot categorize my document, it cannot identify which claim use what invoice Or soap. Which requires me to upload again and again. Decision making is long and slow.

They never did a home inspection and then dropped me for fire risk based entirely on the zoning. No amount of mitigation would help. They are big faceless company who employees nice people who in turn have no flexibility to navigate.
