My claims have been repeatedly denied because lack of "SOAP notes". My vet has provided all the information they have and so I'm basically unable to use this service.

Not impressed as why the majority of my baby’s immunizations weren’t covered when these are needed to keep him healthy. Your company was on my AFGE referral site. Presently researching other companies.

Trupanion is a good pet insurance for peace of mind and emergencies. However, they still need to work on coverage. I find it disappointing that exams arnt covered, taxes, and wellness procedures arnt covered. I would think they would want to promote prevention.

Started out great and then every year the increases have been 25%-40% - it's outrageous!

They do not make it easy to put in a claim. they requested documentation from a year back and my dog was only 6 months at the time of my claim. REALLY. I may be changing companies, if they do not pay my claim

Pretty slow

Claims processing has slowed way down. It shouldn’t take weeks on end to process a claim, especially when it was for a sick visit.

Didn't accept me right away, never had that happen. Not interested in them for insurance now.

I felt the time it took to review and approve a simple claim was excessive.

TOTAL SCAM! Horrible service- look elsewhere. They rarely pay out on claims, if they do its a very small amount and oftentimes find reasons to not count payments towards your deductible. My dog has IVDD and this insurance policy (Secured when he was a puppy long before any problems) has been next to useless. I have wasted thousands paying on this policy monthly that they have DOUBLED since he started having medical issues. Also, I work in the field of online reputation and it's so blatantly obvious which reviews on this site are "fed" i.e, they specifically invite the few who have good experiences via email to write a review. Don't trust those, and notice how they only reply to /address positive reviews.
