First time use of the Embrace claim system. This is an absolutely bad claim submission system. On Safari, the boxes for which to add info are small, the letters are tiny, etc. Having to provide the diagnostics yourself, and not leaving to the vet is annoying, and just creates an opportunity for your claim to be rejected if your description and the vet's don't match. My experience with HealthyPaws was much more seamless. Just upload the invoice and you are done.

Paid the quarterly cost for fetch. Sent in documents for treatment received within two years. Emails confirm documents received. Submitted a claim. Refused for not getting the documentation which has been sent.Unhappy with Fetch.

Don't buy insurance from Spot Insurance! They don't pay out claims even though they have received ALL information requested!! Don't take peoples money if there is more needed to even have the policy!!!!!

A great deal of difficulty logging in. I tried several times before I was able to successfully log in. Secondly, this form doesn't allow for submission of a claim "Exam/Consultation Well Patient" (as my vet called it) or routine shots.

Adding pre-existing conditions that don't exist, even though multiple emails, notes, and vet notes CLEARLY never said it's pre-existing. Also, the condition is not even currently existing.

They charge almost $40 a month and don’t cover a dime for any vet visit even though it should be covered. They are such a scam do not get them!

Trupanion was wonderful. I was a little disappointed that I still had to pay for most of the event bill even though I have the 90% plan it’s all the little hidden cost, but it was easy to use and friendly staff when I called.

I wanted the same coverage for both of my kittens and that is not what happened. Waiting fir customer service help still.
