Nationwide - I finished enrolling and put my bank…
I finished enrolling and put my bank info and clicked purchase thinking i would purchase but the website just freezes for a sec and no pop up shows telling me it went through or i enrolled and will get an email. so i thought nothing happened and almost enrolled with Spot insurance. at least explain the process that its an application and the submit button should say "enroll" instead of "purchase"
Fetch - Premium rate increase of 48% yearly!
Google review-
After five years of flawless payments, I am extremely disappointed with Fetch’s decision to hike my premium by nearly 48%. My monthly rate for each of my dogs, Samson and Delilah, skyrocketed from $80.16 to $118.36. I was informed that the underwriters took into consideration three factors; their increase in age (only 5 years old), my Florida location, and general vet cost increases! These do not account for such an outrageous jump. This kind of drastic, unaffordable increase is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer and is exactly why so many people have lost faith in the insurance industry. It appears their goal is to price you out of the game as your babies get older!
PetPartners - Save your money
If you are expecting any type of payment for heartworm medication, allergies, ear infection or just an exam, get ready to jump through hoops. Save your money and just pay out of pocket. This insurance just collects your money and wants you to fight to get a claim approved. What a scam!
Prudent Pet - Don't get scammed with this shameful…
Don't get scammed with this shameful company, find dmore known and reputable insurance for your pets, IF you need to get one. I didn't have time to search and compare, so I signed up and graded my package to cover for my cats spayed. It came out to $500, but they only covered $40. I called to ask for details, but all she said was yea~yea~ its unfortunate, I'm so sorry, but unfortunately that's the coverage. She just repeats 'yea~unfortunately, yea~ yea~ unfortunately that's all it covers"
like a broken radio! True pilot review looks fake, do a little research, you can see how bad this company is with similar stories as mine, that with Any package you choose, they pretty much cover NOTHING for your pet. It's no use having an insurance, its better to pay out of pocket for once every few months visits for kitties and 1 or 2 visits per year for grown pets. Getting my kitty spayed cost close to $500, this insurance WITH spayed coverage, covers $40 from total, $40 dollars. This is not a typo, I didn't miss another '0' at the end of $40. Useless and a waist of time with this company.
Customer rep also sucked, Really, if you don't want to stress with nonsense, just look else where, Prudent pet insurance is time waisted, money waisted!!
Fetch - if you aren't a customer who makes them…
if you aren't a customer who makes them a profit, goodbye/take what you can get. While this appears legal (as they highlight their terms are only for 12 months at a time), it doesn't make sense when they say "we will never penalize you for making claims". This is clearly a penalty.
Trupanion Canada - FALSE ADVERTISING.. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR PET
Wow, everyone seems to love Trupanion, and they've all had good experiences.
I have a really important question to ask you all. I need some help understanding.. When you take your pet to the vet, do they pay the bill once submitted, minus your deductible? Because, honestly, my experience hasn't been as good as yours. I'm almost a year in, and YES I just received my rate increase without them paying a cent for any of my big vet bills 😢
I'm one unhappy customer, and I'd never recommend Trupanion. I'm canceling this week.
I already pay $87 off the hop. Have had it nearly a year and their poor lame excuses for non coverage on claims is making me want to move elsewhere quickly!
I do not recommend Trupanion.. although what they offered seemed better than the rest. There is better!
I just received a$3.66 reimbursement after spending thousands in a shy 2 months!! How crooked and embarrassing for a business to clear $3.66 when my bill was $320. That's a mere 1% ... mind boggling!
Nationwide - Nationwide Pet Insurance SUCKS
Nationwide Pet Insurance SUCKS! I pay $110 a month, my deductible is $250, after paying my deductible Nationwide Pet Insurance only covers 50% of the bill. That's nothing! Let me give you a real life example. My dog's meniscus surgery costed me $5,335.62, I paid my deductible of $250, after that they covered $3485.00 which left me with $2,100.00 out of pocket. Go anywhere but here.
Nationwide - Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I bought Nationwide Pet Insurance for my dog 3 yrs ago simply to give some peace of mind if there was an illness/injury that was very expensive. The website is deceptive unless you want to read the many pages of fine print while trying to predict which condition your pet will someday have. When my dog needed an expensive procedure, Nationwide said there is a $485 limit on the said procedure. The entirety of the expenses (multiple visits, re-checks, meds, etc.) was in the $4000-$5000 range. And you only paid 10%. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE - IT IS A SCAM!
Trupanion - Well it sees like if the activity and…
Well it sees like if the activity and the customer priority put in the first within the which could make the services of the company be unique and creativity definetly the improvement could be seen rightly
Trupanion - I really dislike that my dog's ear…
I really dislike that my dog's ear infections are considered a pre-existing condition when they happen at random times. She is a floppy eared dog - she is prone to ear infections and they are costly to treat. I understand that it's considered pre-existing because she had an ear infection before she was insured, but that doesn't really make sense to me.
