Jonathan is no good big frauder, he verbally tells you one thing but on the contrary the contract says another, so make sure you proof read your contract carefully, cause he tells you one thing but on the contract is another thing just to get the broker's fee,

I have been extremely happy with customer service and I am sorry they have decided to stop insuring in the US. I only hope Odie will not disappoint me.

I appreciate the ease of submitting claims, the user-friendly app and also the quick reimbursement times.

My dog, recently got hit by a car. I submitted the correct paperwork, the emergency vet contact information. Called the emergency vet and the vet place also stated they submitted the paperwork twice and ASPCA is still stating they are going to deny my claim if the correct paperwork isn’t submitted. Nothing more we can do. Don’t go with this pet insurance place. Not acceptable experience.

People are nice. Insurance goes up by $100+ dollars every year (and this is for a young dog with zero issues, zero claims and no pre existing conditions). Not worth it…oh and good luck trying to get information on your insurance unless you call them.

Claims process is efficient. But I just got an email that my premiums are being hiked 59% year over year, following a 63% yoy increase the prior year. I haven't even met my deductible this year, so it's surprising to get experience-rated this aggressively.

Getting way too expensive. Miniscule payouts.

Weird to ask for a review before you have even processed the claim. I'll write a better one (maybe) if it is paid!
