I just signed my puppy Marty up with Fetch Pet Insurance. Justin helped me understand a lot about the company, what’s covered and what’s not. He also said it’s easy to get reimbursed for things that are covered. He was very nice and friendly.

Outstanding service! We’re so thankful for Healthy Paws! It’s such a relief knowing our four-legged baby is truly cared for. We went through multiple emergency visits and many days of hospital stays in a short time, and they covered everything without any hassle. Their support during such a stressful time meant so much to us. The app is also easy to use... submitting invoices and getting reimbursed was effortless. Avoid. They will increase the price exponentially as your pet ages. It started at at $30 and now it’s over $220 and that is after decreasing reimbursement level and increasing deductible. They also use your reimbursement level towards your deductible so if your deductible is $1000 and your reimbursement level is 50%, you really have to pay $2000 before insurance kicks in (this is not how most insurances work). I’ve had this insurance the whole life of my dog and regret every month, but now I need to keep it since she is so old. Do your research before getting insurance.

Every claim is seamless and always an immediate response; great follow-up and customer service. Reimbursement is usually one or two days, which is unheard of. Highly recommend using Healthy Paws!

Wow! It was very fast and easy to file the claim.

No matter what I submit for a claim, Embrace finds a reason not to pay out what they promise. I have invoices, documentation, EMAILS directly from the vet explaining what is diagnosed yet I still have nothing. I'm not happy and not renewing, it's a waste of money.

I love this company! I’ve had dogs my whole life and have never had pet insurance. We now have two, very small dogs and have them both insured with Fetch’s great injury, illness and wellness program that is just perfect for our two littles.
