It is so incredibly easy and brilliant! No visit stress and no insane cost just to walk into the vets office. Now my dogs are like Mom with zoom calls in their schedule. 😉

For some reason my email is now not associated with an account after I paid 469$ for an annual membership. Now have to go through the hassle of figuring out how to fix it so i can even put in a claim.

Best insurance for my pet! The site is easy to navigate, easy to submit claims and very fair with reimbursements. I've been a member for 10 8 years and hopefully for another many years.

Unfortunately, I was forced to switch to Pet’s Best after the old insurance I had for 7+ years kept rising. As soon as I did, my poor dog started to have issues and Pet’s Best found every reason not to cover things. Where I was trying to save $, Pet’s Best has cost me more.

The submission process for a claim was easy and not overly long. Good communication from Spot. Claim processed very quickly and accurately without red tape. We were very pleased.

Lemonade denied my claim after they told me my cat was covered for an echocardiogram. I couldn't get someone on the phone after trying for 30 minutes, but spoke to someone via text. They said I have full coverage and the echocardiogram is covered with my plan. They mentioned as long as it is not a pre-existing condition. I got my cat as a kitten, he has never had a vet visit, therefore there are no pre-existing conditions.

Although I’m happy you’re covered something in this time. I really could’ve used coverage for everything without these crazy deductibles and fees unfortunately he’s not gonna make it.
