Pumpkin processed my claim very fast. Was sent an email in just a few days and later I received a paper copy in the mail with all the details concerning my claim.

Incredibly prompt reply, transparent communication about coverage. Already a million times more useful than my own dental insurance.

It is so incredibly easy and brilliant! No visit stress and no insane cost just to walk into the vets office. Now my dogs are like Mom with zoom calls in their schedule. 😉

Lemonade denied my claim after they told me my cat was covered for an echocardiogram. I couldn't get someone on the phone after trying for 30 minutes, but spoke to someone via text. They said I have full coverage and the echocardiogram is covered with my plan. They mentioned as long as it is not a pre-existing condition. I got my cat as a kitten, he has never had a vet visit, therefore there are no pre-existing conditions.

Response time was unbelievable quick. Received reimbursement in two weeks. Highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
