I purchased insurance for my new rescue dog, Franny. I also purchased the optional wellness option. I took Franny for her wellness checkup and it was so easy to take a picture of the invoice in the app. I was reimbursed the following day. Thankfully, I haven’t needed the illness insurance yet, but I’m so pleased with how easy it was to get reimbursed for wellness!

Dutch is a great telehealth service for your pet. I heard about them last week and then all of the sudden I was in need of a vet for my dog. It was an odd hour, my vet was closed and the veterinarian assigned to me was so sweet! She helped me with an appropriate treatment plan for my dogs tick bite. I highly recommend Dutch for your pets. I’ve already reached out to my friends and recommended them.

Pumpkin processed my claim very fast. Was sent an email in just a few days and later I received a paper copy in the mail with all the details concerning my claim.

Embrace insurance is very deceiving on how they do their claims. They nit pick all the fees picking only the low fees like a cone for an emergency visit but not the actually emergency exam and medicine. I feel this is a rip off for all customers. Also the claims adjusters are not good trying to have customer do their job and me having to spoon feed them on how to communicate and read their own email. Do not recommend this company for anyone.

For some reason my email is now not associated with an account after I paid 469$ for an annual membership. Now have to go through the hassle of figuring out how to fix it so i can even put in a claim.

Trupanion replied promptly and fairly to my claim; reimbursement was immediate. I only wish that Human beings' health insurance was as easy and responsive to deal with!

It is so incredibly easy and brilliant! No visit stress and no insane cost just to walk into the vets office. Now my dogs are like Mom with zoom calls in their schedule. 😉

In general, it works very well. You upload the information to the system, and within a few days, you receive the reimbursements. My suggestion would be that for those of us who don’t understand much about how insurance works, the policy could be more explanatory.
