Denied a claim for dentistry with extractions (FORLs) due to a report of mild tartar prior to enrolment (8 years ago). Claim that dental tartar is diagnostic of periodontal disease, this is false.

Thank you for covering my dogs illness in a quick effective manner. Even though he ended up passing, I will 1000% be using Trupanion again when I get another dog and have already added our cats to a plan.

I purchased insurance for my new rescue dog, Franny. I also purchased the optional wellness option. I took Franny for her wellness checkup and it was so easy to take a picture of the invoice in the app. I was reimbursed the following day. Thankfully, I haven’t needed the illness insurance yet, but I’m so pleased with how easy it was to get reimbursed for wellness!
