Embrace Pet Insurance - Embrace Gelp!!
Embrace is great. I love that I am a member for 15 or more years. Very good to us.
Embrace Pet Insurance - Exorbitant price increases!!!!!
The rates have gone up an average of 30-40% every year. This year for my 2 dogs it is going up 258%. It is going from $138.09 to $356.39. One of the dogs went up 320% because he turned 10. The other is only 4 years old and went up 55%. Despite what they say in their reply it is not true. My 10 year old has been insured since he was a puppy. He has never had a surgery! He las low thyroid and arthritis, that’s it!
Embrace Pet Insurance - Embrace Disappointment
My Pet has been with Embrace since he was born and their service has always been a five star experience. Up until I had a claim from 2023 that I realized I never submitted due to ongoing hospitalizations, having two strokes and now I suffer from seizures. When asked if they could please make an exception, the representative placed me on hold for several minutes to ask a manager. I was then asked if I had other claims I planned to submit and I said yes (2) . Due to a recent dental surgery my baby needed. He had abscess, bloody stools etc. She then placed me on hold again, came back and said they would not honor the old claim. I was full of disappointment because I have not submitted any claims since 2021.
Embrace Pet Insurance - I feel scammed after a decade of paying into multiple policies
I have been with Embrace for about 11 years now. I currently have 3 cats insured and I had 1 cat who has passed, who was also covered throughout her life.
Embrace Pet Insurance - Poor
Poor , not very good insurance
Embrace Pet Insurance - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I've had embrace pet insurance for years. Never had a claim...never missed a payment. Rates started going up, $80 became $130...terrible..everything's going up..I get it... my dog is now getting older now and they just increase his coverage to $336 a month, if I change to lowest coverage its $160 a month for basically no coverage. Pricing my dog out of care. They know what they just did, that's why they sent me a letter saying what they did is legal in the state of Colorado.
Embrace Pet Insurance - ⭐ Review
⭐ Review: Embrace Pet Insurance via USAA – A Cautionary Tale
Embrace Pet Insurance - The system kept crashing mid claim…
The system kept crashing mid claim submission. Any insurance that just conveniently crashes during a claim immediately raises flags to delay service.
Embrace Pet Insurance - Not Impressed
So far, I have not had a particularly good experience with embrace. The review of my initial claim was exceptionally long, and while they do say it could take up to 30 days, I didn’t actually think it would take that long based on my experience with several other pet insurance companies. Then after waiting for a month, my claim was rejected based on a flawed assessment. I then had to ask my veterinarian to write a letter explaining why their assessment was incorrect. Embrace then took another two weeks to review her letter and came to the conclusion that my claim should in fact be covered. In doing so they also “found” another exclusion that they had not identified in their prior review. They indicated that they would send me payment on the claim, but did not include anything about payment of the two other claims related to the initial one. I sent a note asking them to please re-process the other two claims since the initial exclusion was lifted, and I still have not heard anything back on that or even received an acknowledgment that they received my note. Overall, I find this company to be very slow and like all insurance companies, they are always on the lookout for exclusions, even when there aren’t any that are valid.
Embrace Pet Insurance - Disgusted doesn’t begin to cover it
We’ve had our dog with embrace since she was a few months old. We had a lower end plan that had a $5k yearly cap, at the time a *vanishing* healthy pet deductible of $750, and no preventative care with 70% reimbursement. Each year dealing with tolerable increases of $3-5 a month.
